SERVICES FEES

Our service fees are based on the number of people in your party. As people often calculate vacation costs on a per person basis, we feel this is the simplest manner in which to price our service. We would be pleased to provide a quote for groups of 25 or more people.

Grocery Shopping and Delivery Fee: Service fee for shopping, packing and delivery to the driveway or door of your vacation accommodation once you have arrived. "To the door deliveries" are made between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm, 364 days of the year.

• Parties of 1 to 4 people to Big White Ski Resort: $50.00 minimum fee.
• Parties of 1 to 4 people to Silver Star Ski Resort: $100.00 minimum fee
• Parties of 5 to 9 people: $15.00 per person.
• Parties of 10 to 19 people: $12.00 per person.
• Parties of 20 or more: $10.00 per person.
• Children under 6: Free.
• Alcohol delivery: 10% of total liquor order - $10.00 minimum charge.

Pre Arrival Unpacking Fee: Service fee for bring the groceries into your accommodation, unpacking into the fridge and cupboards. This fee is in addition to the shopping fee noted above.

• Parties of 1 to 4 people: $25.00 per location.
• Parties of 5 to 9 people: $35.00 per location.
• Parties of 10 to 19 people: $50.00 per location.
• Parties of 20 or more people: $75.00 per location.
• Parties of 25 or more: quote available on request.

Approval from your accommodation provider to gain access for pre arrival unpacking may be required and we will gladly do this on your behalf.

Fuel Surcharge: Due to the current escalating fuel costs, a $10.00 fuel charge will apply to each order. In a measure to keep our service affordable for everyone, we have not increased our delivery fees at this time and are hopeful we can remove the fuel charge in the future.

Rush and Cancellation Fees

At Vacation Food Service we pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service. We will make every effort to fill your order even on short notice. For large orders we recommend your order be placed no later than 14 days prior to your arrival date. We appreciate minimum 7 day lead time but will accommodate orders placed up to 24 hours prior to requested delivery time if we are able.  

Order requests during peak periods, such as Christmas, New Year's, President's Week and Spring break must be placed 4 to 7 days in advance of your arrival. Kindly contact us if you wish to place an order less than 7 days prior to your arrival during these high volume periods.

  Cancellation fees will result if you order is canceled 48 hours prior to delivery. Dollar amount of the order and the number of items purchased prior to cancellation will dictate the amount of the charge.
