Order Deadline Dates, Rush and Cancellation Fees

At Vacation Food Service we pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service. We will make every effort to fill your order even on short notice.

For large orders - over $500.00 - we recommend your order be placed no later than 14 days prior to your arrival date. We appreciate minimum 7 day lead time but will accommodate orders placed up to 24 hours prior to requested delivery time if we are able.  

Due to high demand and volumes, order requests for delivery during peak periods, such as Christmas, New Year's, President's Week and Spring break must be placed 7 days in advance of your arrival. 

Cancellation fees will result if you order is cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery. Dollar amount of the order and the number of items purchased prior to cancellation will dictate the amount of the charge.
