If you choose our Post Arrival Delivery Service, please make sure that someone is on site and available to accept your order during your requested delivery time. We will deliver your order, packaged in storage containers and coolers to the driveway or main entrance or dock of your accommodation.  You will be responsible for unpacking your order and returning the storage containers to the delivery staff within a reasonable period of time.  (1 hour for example)  If your arrival has been delayed for reasons beyond your control, our delivery staff will remain on site until your arrival.  An additional service fee may be charged if our staff is delayed for an extended period of time.
