• All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.

• Supply of some items may be limited due to market availability.

• Vacation Food Service reserves the right to substitute.

• While every effort will be make to provide top quality products, Vacation Food Service can not be held responsible for spoilage after delivery.

• Cost of food is in addition to the service fee quoted.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

• A deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost of the order is required at the time of ordering.  Balance is due on the day of delivery.  A fee may be charged if orders are cancelled 48 hours or less prior to delivery.

• Payment may be make by way of  bank transfer or credit card.

• Prior approval from property owner or manager may be required for pre arrival unpacking service.
